OpenStack is the dominant open-source IaaS platform with no per-VM licensing penalty and full control over the stack. It's a strong fit when sovereignty, predictable cost, or workload portability matter. We complement OpenStack with Kubernetes and Ceph for a complete private cloud, and integrate with hyperscalers where bursting makes sense.

Sovereign deployments run in our partner data centres in India and GCC, with documented data residency, in-country support, key management on-shore, and optional air-gapped operations. Regulator audits are supported with platform-level evidence packs.

What RPO and RTO can you commit to?

Standard pattern is 15-minute RPO via async storage replication and ≤1-hour RTO with DRaaS automation. Tighter RPO/RTO is available for mission-critical tier-0 workloads using synchronous replication and active-active design where latency permits.

Can you migrate workloads from VMware or AWS/Azure?

Yes. Discovery, dependency mapping, wave planning, conversion (V2V / re-platform), cut-over and parallel-run are all delivered as a service. We use industry standard tools and provide rollback runbooks for every wave.

CIS-hardened images, micro-segmentation by default, encrypted volumes with customer-controlled KMS, identity federation, and continuous monitoring through SOCPulse - meaning every platform event is correlated against your security telemetry.

Monthly FinOps review covering capacity utilisation, idle resources, storage tiering, reserved-vs-on-demand mix, and rightsizing recommendations. Most clients see 30-45% TCO reduction within two quarters of migration from over-provisioned hyperscaler estates.
