Tatva Networks provides cybersecurity and network infrastructure services including but not limited to Security Operations Center (SOC) services, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, network architecture, and managed security services. Specific services are defined in individual service agreements.

Specific cybersecurity and network services are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work. In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for matters related to that service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatva Networks Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality cybersecurity services, we do not guarantee that our services will detect all security vulnerabilities or prevent all security incidents.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatva Networks Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
